What is A displaced Uterus ?

The uterus is held in position by over 10 ligaments. Ligaments, when stressed or strained, can cause the uterus to become mal-positioned. If the uterus is mal-positioned, women experience a multitude of symptoms….. the ripple effect is profound ….. and what can we do to assist our uterus if this is the case?

A year ago, on the Isle of Lewis, after singing the Sun up through the Misty veils of Calanias Stone Circle on the Autumn Equinox ~  I lit a peat fire under the stars between two graveyards on a Beach of ancient stones and Craggy cliffs ~ 

Stones, bones, flame, water, wind and Stars  ~ Ancestors

Maiden, Mother, Maga, Crone — all constellated. 

It is only now, as Spring stirs again, that I see what was birthed:
