As a Mama Medicina Practitioner, i hold you gently while you receive your abdominal and pelvic Massage Woven with in a full body Treatment . We focus on Womb-centred bodywork to soften tension, restore flow and reconnect you with your belly-cosmos.

This offering is a way , a belief in the design and intelligence of our bodies and being . Abdominal and Pelvic Health is the core here and the Sacred Alignment of the positioning of our Wombs , we all come from Womb ~ with threads running back through our Lineage , through land and Ancestral Remembering . A beautiful seal to your treatment is a Gentle herbal Womb steam, with specific herbs chosen for your ailments. To warm, cleanse and tone the womb.

Encourages circulation, softness and release.

Once the pelvis, in particular the uterus is able to receive clean and healthy blood to the area, including the decongestion of stagnant fluids that may have accumulated from displacement or inflammation of organs, this wondrous part of a woman has much higher chances of health, vitality and fertility.

Grounding, soothing, deeply nurturing prenatal care (no steam).

Sacred tending for the woman carrying life.

A deeply nurturing journey for the pregnant woman — weaving touch, ceremony, and connection to the ancient mother line.

Held in beauty, devotion, and unwavering care, a gentle ceremonial sound journey to guide you into deep connection with Bubba leads into Nourishing bodywork -{lying or facedown with a specialised pregnancy hole} , to support circulation, ease back/hip tension.

This sacred gestation period needs as much support as the preparation for delivery. In fact the support during pregnancy can effect the ease of labour..

A tender re-gathering after birth — body, heart and spirit.

Mama Medicina abdominal work woven with in a full body massage , a gentle womb steam with specific herbs to support your post partum initiation and a Closing of the Bones (click for more info) (mini or full) for deeper integration.
