💆‍♀️ Learn a nourishing self-care abdominal massage to support digestive, womb, and emotional wellbeing.

🌸 Be held in a womb steam ceremony inviting deep rest, release, and reconnection.

This day is a loving pause — a place to tend your body, soothe your nervous system, and remember the simple magic of women gathering in circle.

You’ll leave with your own handmade herbal creations and practices to continue your care at home.
