🔥 Circle Two — The Gloop (Fire)
This Tuesday the 18th in the ripples of the New Moon we journey into the Gloop (Fire) cycle of the Metamorphic journey
🦋 The Gloop — Sacred Alchemy in the Metamorphosis
Inside the chrysalis, the caterpillar dissolves.
Completely.
Its old form liquefies into what biologists literally call the gloop — a nutrient-rich soup of potential. The body that once crawled can no longer exist… yet within that formless gloop are imaginal cells — the codes for wings, for flight, for an entirely new way of being.
The gloop is the in-between.
It’s the sacred undoing — the dark, messy, formless phase where identity melts and the future is not yet born.
In our own metamorphosis, this is the moment of surrender.
When old roles, patterns, and protections dissolve…
when the mind can’t make sense of what’s coming next.
But the gloop is holy.
It is where the wisdom of what we’re becoming begins to dream itself into form.
So if you feel undone — if you’re somewhere between what was and what’s to come — remember:
you are not broken.

💧 Circle Three — The Imaginal Cell (Water)
In the deep waters of stillness, new visions stir.
Cells whisper future wings into being.
Water teaches her to surrender, to listen, to allow the dream to take form.
🌬 Circle Four — The Wings (Wind)
She unfurls, trembling and luminous.
The air catches her — breath, spirit, flight.
Wind sings her into her new life.
She remembers: the whole journey was becoming free.
The butterfly is a marvellous demonstration of the power of trust & vulnerability & in the miracle of metamorphosis.
After all, what is a butterfly if not the flowering of caterpillar beyond its wildest dreams?
Emerging from the womb of the chrysalis, the butterfly discards its restrictive silk and shell,
to inherit a magical new world of flowers, breezes & sunshine. A world of freedom & delight & a celebration of its divine nature. Spreading her wings for the first time, she has no idea whether she can fly, she simply opens her wings in perfect confidence & is effortlessly conveyed into the spiral dance of graceful flight.
And all that then remains is the joyous participation in the divine ecstasy of creation.
When women gather in Circle Something ancient stirs.
A remembering awakens in the bones.
Stories once silenced begin to breathe again.
Laughter, tears, song, and silence weave together.
The circle becomes a hearth — warming, holding, igniting.
It is not hierarchy, but a spiral — each woman both teacher and student.
It is not about fixing, but witnessing.
It is not about doing, but being.
When women gather in circle, the world shifts — even if only slightly — because one more thread of the great web has been tended.
